New tablet will arrive. The cost seems just 100$ !
This is that we know : 7'' display, CPU : 533MHz, 256Mb of RAM, microSD card support .
For now , we don't know more , but if there is something new , I will write ! Stay turned !

Clone of Eken M001 ! Look the box !

Eken M001 is a really low cost tablet. It also has the clone ! I don't know how is the clone and how is the original , but look the box :

On the original you can see the "EKEN" logo , and in the clone not ! This isn't a reason to tell the clone of Eken M001 is not good , maybe the features are the same , but it's not original. The clone of Eken M001 has more low-cost than the original.

A cheap bag for 7'' tablets

New iRobot will available with android 2.x !

iRobot is a good tablet , all apps working , etc... , but again with android 1.6 , so was is old.
iRobot group has decided to make a new one with android 2.x , very better !

How to fix the market bug on MID M70003 and others

When you buy some android tablets , maybe you have a bug with android market that the download status still on "Starting download...".
Follow those steps :

1 : Start the market and start the download of apps that you want
2 : Stop the download of all apps
3 : Exit from market
4 : Go on Settings-->Applications-->Manage Applications-->Find "Google Apps"--> Click on "Clear cache"
5 : Close Settings
6 : Open the market again
7 : When it ask , put your google username and password
8 : The download of apps that you want should start , if not , repeat those steps.

You have to do those steps all times that you want to download 1 (or more) apps.

But if you want a perfect market (there aren't all market application , but still awesome) , download the free slideme market (slideme.org) and click on "Download SAM".
SlideMe marketplace hasn't bug.

MID M70003 , a good tablet at incredible price !

If you don't want to spend too much money for a tablet , the solution for you is the MID M70003 !
It has android 1.7.3 , 156 MB of RAM.
The price is 76,51 Euro (105,42 dollar) with free shipping !

The processor is not very powerful , so it don't support very sizable games (for example speedforge 3D , paper toss , etc...)
The market has a bug , but in my other post there is wrote how to solve.
It support USB tranfer and the webcam quality is good !

How to install WinCE on smartq v7

I know , when you buy the tablet smartq v7 and turn on , if you try to run/boot wince (windows CE) , the tablet will freeze to "Loading..." , and you can't boot it.
How to solve it :

1 : Download WinCe 1.0 (not 2.0 !) from here
2 : Put the SD card of your smartq v7 on PC
3 : Extract the file on the archive and copy to the root of your SD card
3/4 : Put the SD card on the tablet
4 : Turn off the tablet.
5 : Now press the menu button with the power button simultaneously , and wait after the reboot.
6 : Now run wince.
7 : You will get wince in chinese , so download this cab
8 : Copy the cab file to the SD car.
9 : On wince , open the first icon (the icon that show a palm device) , and run the cab file on your sd card.
10 : Reboot the tablet.
11 : If you try to run wince , you will see it's in english now.
12 : Click on the icon that show a green arrow to calibrate the screen (Optional) , it's raccomand to use the stylo with wince.
13 : Enjoy all 3 OS !

New tablet with 3G from wirelession

Wirelession , in this period , is putting lots of interesting tablet.
For example , the principal feature of the tablet "W1270-3G(T7-3G)" , is that has a 3G module , it's a 7-inch tablet , the best of portability , so you can enjoy the web without Wi-Fi needed.
The RAM is 256 MB ,  the processor is ARM11 , clocked at 720 Mhz , the max for this tablet.
Good choice if you want a good tablet that allow you to stay connected without wi-fi.

iRobot : Beware !

The iRobot is a good android tablet. There are 2 models : Blue LED and Red LED.
The difference is not just graphic.
The RED led has a good touch screen , and no problems with Wi-Fi.
The BLUE led has a very bad touch screen , problems with Wi-Fi. Not raccomend.

The problem is the irobot group has decided to make the color of the BLUE led as RED led !

If you buy the iRobot , make you sure first the led is RED , not BLUE , and then the charger is not of 9V !

I  don't raccomend you to buy the irobot , becuase it has the old android 1.6

There are other good tablets.
